Construction Contracts, Plans and Project Scheduling:

A Project Manager’s Guide to the Practical and Legal Fundamentals

Brian Cashmere

Brian focuses his practice on the representation of contractors, subcontractors and sureties on a wide variety of issues relevant to public and private construction and government contracting.  Brian’s practice includes the representation of construction contractors and sureties with respect to bid protests, contract administration, claim preparation and prosecution on federal, state, municipal and private contracts.  He is experienced in all stages of complex, commercial litigation at the state and federal level.  In addition, his experience extends to the area of admiralty law, to include maritime contract administration and litigation.

Henry D. Danforth

Henry represents and advises construction contractors and sureties with respect to bid protests, contract administration, claim preparation and prosecution on federal, state, municipal and private contracts.  He prepares claims on a regular basis, including delay analyses, acceleration analyses and damages on heavy industrial, public works and military and commercial projects.  He has represented potentially responsible parties, response action contractors, industrial concerns, sureties and construction contractors in a broad spectrum of environmental issues involving CERCLA and state/federal legislation and regulations on hazardous materials/waste, underground storage tanks, water and air quality, and wetlands.  Henry provides invaluable experience to his clients as a former project engineer for  a general contractor concentrating on federal and municipal defense and public works projects.
